The Ohio Crossover Athletics Most Valuable Player Award is given to a player who exemplifies excellence on both ends of the floor and is indispensable to the team's overall success. This player has talent, intelligence, work ethic, and leads by example on an off the court. I am proud to announce that the winner of the 2012 OCA 7th Grade Girls (Dowd) Most Valuable Player is Ellie Schaub from Indian Hill Middle School.

Ellie lead the team in scoring this season. Her ability to handle the ball, out run the defense, and score in transition were crucial to the team's success. She is a disruptive force on defense using her quickness to generate steals that lead to easy baskets for her team. Congratulations Ellie!
