The Ohio Crossover Athletics Most Valuable Player Award is given to a player who exemplifies excellence on both ends of the floor and is indispensable to the team's overall success.  This player has talent, intelligence, work ethic, and leads by example on and off the court.  I am proud to announce that the winner of the 2015 8th Grade (McCallum) Boys Most Valuable Player Award is Brennen Rottmueller from Nagel Middle School.

Whether it was scoring, coming up with a timely steal, or diving on the floor, Brennen always did what was necessary for our team to succeed. Brennen is a gym rat that is constantly working to improve his game. This level of commitment translated to success on the court this year in all facets of his game. He further displayed his level of commitment by not missing a single game all season! He also took all of my coaching and instruction (which could be very loud at times) in stride and tried his best to do what was asked of him. He was our leading scorer, our captain, and the person we called on in crunch time. Congratulations Brennen!
