The Ohio Crossover Athletics Most Improved Player Award is given to a player who has made significant strides in his game from the beginning of the AAU season to the end. These improvements are not only based on statistics, but also include the player's mental approach, intensity, and will to win that he brings to each and every game. I am proud to announce that the winner of the 2015 OCA 9th Grade Most Improved Player Award is Brandon Teter from Milford High School.

Brandon is a very unselfish player that took on the task of changing for the betterment of the team. Brandon is typically not a post player, but our lack of size demanded that he play inside and adopt a more physical interior style. I told Brandon that I needed him to focus more on rebounding and defending bigger players and he really stepped up to meet the challenge. Congratulations Brandon!
