The Ohio Crossover Athletics Best Offensive Player Award is given to a player who exemplifies excellence on the offensive end of the court. This player not only has the ability and confidence to take and make big shots for his team, but is willing to share the basketball and put his teammates in position to score. I am proud to announce that the winner of the 2016 9th Grade Boys (Rudolph) Best Offensive Player Award is Eric Hoeffel from Madeira High School!
Eric was one of the leading scorers on the team and also one of best three-point shooters. He is the rare post player that is not only able to score in the paint, but is also able to step out and knock down perimeter shots. His ability to score anywhere on the floor really opened things up for our team offensively. He is a great teammate as well. I loved seeing how excited Eric would get when one of his teammates made a nice play. Eric is a hardworking player that is always eager to learn and improve who is an asset to our program. Congratulations Eric!
