The Ohio Crossover Athletics Best Offensive Player Award is given to a player who exemplifies excellence on the offensive end of the court. This player not only has the ability and confidence to take and make big shots for his team, but is willing to share the basketball and put his teammates in position to score. I am proud to announce that the winner of the 2017 9th Grade Boys (Rudolph) Best Offensive Player Award is Josh Hice from Goshen High School!
Josh was one of our leading scorers this season and one of our best free throw shooters. He was an impact player for our team on the offensive end and is one of the most pure shooters that I have ever had the opportunity to coach. He has incredible range on his jump shot, but he also has a really impressive understanding of the game that helps put him in positions to score or to set-up his teammates to be successful. Josh is a very unselfish player that is always willing to make the right pass or play to help his team. He is a true gym rat and I'm excited to see Josh play for his school team next season! Congratulations Josh!
