The Ohio Crossover Athletics Most Valuable Player Award is given to a player who exemplifies excellence on both ends of the floor and is indispensable to the team's overall success. This player has talent, intelligence, work ethic, and leads by example on and off the court. I am proud to announce that the winner of the 2017 9th Grade Boys (Rudolph) Most Valuable Player Award is D.J. Vianello from West Clermont High School!

D.J. was the main driving force for our offense this season. He was our leading scorer and near the top of several other statistical categories. In addition, he was our primary ball handler. He was very effective at pushing the ball up the floor in transition to get easy baskets for himself or his teammates. D.J. was also always willing to step up and defend the opposing team's best perimeter player and was an aggressive rebounder. Through his athleticism and basketball I.Q., he always seemed to provide a spark when our team needed it the most. I'm excited to see D.J. play for his school team next season! Congratulations D.J.!
