The Ohio Crossover Athletics Most Valuable Player Award is given to a player who exemplifies excellence on both ends of the floor and is indispensable to the team's overall success. This player has talent, intelligence, work ethic, and leads by example on and off the court. I am proud to announce that the winner of the 2018 11th Grade Boys (Steele) Most Valuable Player Award is Gage Boone from Eastern Brown High School!

Gage was our most consistent player this season. He is an excellent shooter that can pull up from anywhere and can also put the ball on the floor and drive to the basket when needed. He is also a very unselfish player who does his best to put his teammates in a position to succeed. Gage was one of our team leaders in scoring and assists. Most importantly, he is a hard worker and represented our program in a first class manner on and off the court. I expect Gage to have a great senior season at Eastern Brown High School. Congratulations Gage!
