The 2024 Spring/Summer Postseason Award winners for our 4th-12th grade tournament teams have been announced! On certain grade levels, our players move around between our teams for various reasons throughout the course of the season. These awards are based on how our teams were divided for the majority of the season.

 

Even though each of the players listed deserve the awards they received, I want to congratulate all of our players. Our teams are more than just a collection of talented individuals, they are collective units that rely on each other to be successful.

The Ohio Crossover Athletics Most Valuable Player Award is given to a player who exemplifies excellence on both ends of the floor and is indispensable to the team's overall success. This player not only has the ability and confidence to take and make big shots for their team; but is also willing to share the basketball and put their teammates in positions to score. The Ohio Crossover Athletics Best Defensive Player Award is given to a player who exemplifies excellence on the defensive end of the court. This player through effort, hard work, and ability can disrupt the opposing team and take them out of their offense by shutting down their opponent one-on-one or contributing to their team's success with great help side defense.
